plaid pencil mermaid skirt

this classy lil piece … tight tight pencil skirt that flares out at the bottom, waist measures at 26 inches and it’s 24 inches long! the fabric does have a lil bit of stretch but not a ton. my hips measure at 37 inches and i wouldn’t say it would stretch more than an inch or two past that ….. but yo it’s got cute little belt loops.
